Zothando at the reception desk was also a stand-out in terms of her willingness to serve with a smile! The room (in our case a deluxe room) was incredible, very well appointed and laid out, spotlessly clean and luxurious in every respect. To top it all, we arrived at night and were delighted by all of the above – but when we opened the floor-to-ceiling curtains in the morning and saw the 180-degree view of Table Mountain above with the bustling city below, it was a very beautiful cherry on top!”
